Realm 8 LLC ("Realm 8", "we") operates realm8.dev. This page explains what the site collects, which is very little, and what we do with it.

What we collect

The contact form. If you write to us, we receive the name, email address, and message you type, plus the optional project type and timeline if you choose them. That is the only personal information you give us.

Anonymous usage analytics. We use PostHog (posthog.com) to count visits and see which pages and case studies people look at: the page address, the referring site, your browser and device type, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and simple interactions such as opening a screenshot. It is anonymous: we never attach it to your name or email, we do not record sessions, and it uses your browser's local storage rather than cookies. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, no analytics are collected at all.

Nothing else. The site sets no advertising cookies and does not fingerprint visitors. The light/dark theme choice is stored in your own browser and never leaves it.

How we use it

We use what you send through the form for one purpose: to read it and reply. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone for marketing. Analytics tell us which pages are useful and which aren't; we don't use them to identify you, and we don't share them.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend (resend.com), which acts as our email processor. Usage analytics are processed by PostHog on our behalf. The site is hosted on infrastructure that may log standard request data such as IP addresses for security and reliability; we do not use those logs to identify individuals.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as they are useful for the conversation you started, and delete them on request.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form, or write to the address on the About page.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
